Shipping and Returns

Please allow (2) two business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped with tracking via FedEx Ground delivery in the continental US or USPS Standard or Expedited service in the US. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays.

Here at Ignite, we make awesome products and we know it. But, if you happen to disagree, we have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase.  We give you (30) thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if (30) thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection. We will then send you a second email to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within (30) thirty days.

If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. Prior to contacting us we ask that you:

  • Double check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.

International Orders

Orders placed from International countries (Outside of U.S.) may have a customs fee associated when package is being delivered. Ignite International and/or subsidiaries will not be responsible in paying or reimbursing any customs fees, if applicable.
